Evaluation Process

Alcohol and Drug Council welcomes all who need an assessment. There are three parts to a standard evaluation:

• Substance Use Assessments (1-3 hours)
• Physical assessment (45 minutes-1 hour)

Generally, we offer walk-in evaluations on a first-come, first-served basis. Our current walk-in hours are:

Downtown Outpatient Clinic (201 East Green Street, Suite 500):

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 am-6 pm
• Friday: 8:30 am-4 pm

Open Access Center Services:

• Saturday and Sunday: 10am-6pm – telehealth services only
